How does shipping work?
For any items that are being shipped to us, upon checkout you will be paying RETURN shipping. After checkout is complete, you will be responsible for paying and shipping your item(s) to us. After the work is done, we ship the item back to you!
How long will it take to have my item fixed?
Repair times will depend heavily on a lot of different factors. Some of these include (but are not limited to): type of repair/specialty parts that may need to be ordered/amount of repairs sent in at once/type of shipping method selected/etc. Generally we aim to finish your repair(s) within 5-7 business days (shipping times not included). However that may increase or decrease depending on current volume of repairs that we are handling.
Is there a warranty?
Generally we offer a limited 30-day warranty on repairs. This only includes issues that may result due to a faulty part or an issue on our end. Issues not incurred by Shockwave due to other factors and/or to parts of an item that were not worked on by us are not covered under this warranty.
What if I don’t see a service listed for what I need fixed?
Contact us! We are always updating our services to include the full scope of what we do, but there will always be things that we are able to do that aren’t currently listed. Reach out to us and we will get back to you ASAP regarding whether it is something we are able to do and how much it would cost.
